Olympic Flag
The Olympic flag has a white background
on the center of which five Olympic rings are designed. This flag was presented
to Paris congress by Pierre de Coubertin in the year 1914.
This flag enters the Olympic stadium in
the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games and is hoisted upon playing the
Olympic anthem. Then, it stays in the stadium for fifteen days during the games
and is lowered during the closing ceremony and is delivered to the next host of
the games during a special ceremony.
